Siperstein Dermatology Group came to us to help them market their large practice. With an office in Boynton Beach and one in Boca Raton they needed to reach out and sharpen their marketing focus and open a social dialogue with new patients. That’s where James Ross came in. Our team sat down with everyone in the practice and discussed ways to improve awareness, brand image and expand social media interactions. Furthermore, we were tasked with developing methods to reach new patients and strengthen ties to existing ones.

First, an audit of their website took place which resulted in a plan to make adjustment that would improve the user experience, SEO performance, load times, develop a social media strategy and help generate more social media interactions. A blog strategy was implemented to increase organic ratings and search. We created original and curated content to put Siperstein in front of more people, more often and also upgraded content on their Facebook and Twitter pages, reaching out with interesting, relevant content.

New print advertising was also developed to supplement their online efforts. James Ross developed an advertising frame work for both print and digital media ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. We tied the same look into social media platforms as well. Featuring a bold teal color palette and clever headlines like: “Because looking young never gets old” our online and offline advertising was meant to be unique as well as position Siperstein Dermatology as a thought leader.
