Online test preparation company Prepworks needed to score better with students from grades 6-12. Prepworks provided a host of general high school courses in math, science, and history, and preparation for the SAT and ACT. The site had to appeal to both parents and students while also being intuitive and easy to navigate. James Ross came through by developing the site’s entire structure, including the user journey and interface, the tiering of courses, test structures, test review sections, and student dashboard. The client loved the site, students reacted positively, and online traffic and course sign-ups increased substantially.
