Gold Coast Schools is Florida’s leading provider of classroom and online real estate, insurance, construction, mortgage, CAM, and appraisal courses. As online education was becoming more prevalent, they turned to James Ross to improve and upgrade their user’s website experience. We proceeded to do a complete audit of the site, seeking ways to improve it. Our review led to a leaner, more intuitive architecture, re-working the content, improving graphics, and making the call to action more prominent. The re-design led to improved response rates and significantly longer site visits.
