Overview
James Ross partnered with a successful outdoor apparel company to structure their rapid growth, unifying individual brands to build a single, streamlined enterprise ready for major national retail. The relationship began with the development and expansion of the original flagship brands, GILLZ and ReelLife, with later additions including FinTech and Mad Pelican. This portfolio was eventually unified under the flagship Outdoor Nation concept, built on a foundation of proprietary fabrics and nationwide distribution.
The Challenge

The client needed a cohesive brand architecture and naming system for their various product lines, retail-ready creative assets to secure shelf space in major chains, and a robust digital e-commerce presence that matched their ambition.
