Overview

Virgin Voyages enlisted James Ross to amplify their inaugural ship, the Scarlet Lady, by transforming a select group of bars and lounges into bold expressions of the Virgin brand. Inspired by Richard Branson’s unique style, our mission was to craft custom brand marks for these high-profile venues, ensuring every touchpoint felt daring, distinctive, and unmistakably Virgin.

The Challenge

With dozens of unique onboard venues, each defined by its own theme, audience, and atmosphere, we needed to design cohesive yet individual brand identities. Our work had to align with Virgin’s high-energy, style-forward ethos while enhancing guest wayfinding and overall experience.
