We started by redesigning the site and writing all new content, making it easier and more intuitive for users. Galati Live, a virtual tour with tangible benefits.

When Covid hit, we needed to react quickly. People were staying home and personal interaction with customers dried up. We developed Galati Live, which allowed customers to schedule live tours of any yacht from the comfort of their own home. Hosted live by a Galati broker, customers could watch on any digital device a live tour of the yacht and even ask the broker questions. It was a huge hit with customers and a boon for business.

A stronger digital marketing footprint became essential. Composed of social media – Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, emails, as well as retargeting banner ads, we increased media spend and built awareness and sales leads to fill the pipeline. We produced assets celebrating Galati’s 50th Anniversary and promoted yacht brands that Galati represented. The bottom line is that we create a constant source of leads and customer touchpoints for Galati brokers.
